Hello! I’m Shannon

I have been an avid baker for 30+ years, in my 20s I attended the baking program at George Brown College, with hopes of pursuing a dream in doing something I love…that program wasn’t a great fit for me, though I learned a lot, turning out 10 cakes that look the same just wasn’t my thing, so I pursued other things, baking continued being a passion of mine and finally after much soul searching here I am 25 years later pursuing that dream…taking some of my Moms and Nana’s favourites to new heights and sharing them with you. I hope you enjoy our sweets as much as I enjoy making them for you.
